Alcohol is highly discouraged, especially during the initial phase of your food habit changes. No canned, processed or seedless fruits. Microwaving any food should be eliminated. For best results, only consume these food list items; add or substituting other processed sugars, starches, and protein can slow down or cease your whole health journey.
You should also consume all your meals within a six hour window, 12-6 PM is recommended, or you can choose your own six hour window.
Consuming your heaviest meal first is highly recommended, especially if you are on a weight loss journey.
